Refund policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are no charges for returns but you are responsible for the return shipping label costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sizing Issues

If the product you received has an incorrect sizing label, you are eligible for a return or replacement. For example, if you ordered a size S and received a size XL, then you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Items shipped with the correct sizing label that was ordered but does not fit properly, you are not eligible for a return or refund. 

Product Not Received

If your order has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately via our contact page or chat, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

For orders shipping to the US, if your purchase is not received within 6 weeks of being shipped, you are eligible for a refund or item replacement. For orders shipping to countries other than the US, if your purchase is not received within 10 weeks of being shipped, you are eligible for a refund or item replacement.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund or item replacement, we require proof that the items have been lost in transit and did not arrive as indicated by the tracking information. We may also request additional information from you to help verify the claim. 

If tracking information shows your items as delivered, you are not eligible for a refund or replacement due to the products not being received unless shipping protection provided by ShipAid, has been added during checkout.

ShipAid Package Protection Terms and Conditions

TrendyUndies.com partners with ShipAid, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting ShipAid at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with ShipAid and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We highly recommend you use ShipAid package protection at checkout.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 30 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you do not purchase ShipAid package protection, Trendy Undies is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been received by the shipping courier. Please reference your tracking number and contact your local post office / courier for the most up to date information regarding your package.

No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier.

Trendy Undies reserves the right to change the shipping method at our own discretion. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by government, weather or other natural disasters.

Clearance

Products with the clearance tag are final sale and non-refundable. The clearance price may only apply to certain product colors or sizes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free or promotional items (like buy 1 get 1) or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
