Shipping Information U.S.

  • FREE shipping on all US orders over $50 USD.
  • All US orders under $50 USD will incur a $5.99 shipping fee. 
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur a $9.99 shipping fee. 
  • Tracking information is available for all US orders.
  • Tracking information can take several days to update. If you do not see tracking updates, please try again in a few days.
  • Most products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  • Products may be shipped separately in order to expedite shipping times. You will receive a tracking number for each parcel.
  • All US orders are shipped by US Postal Service product in partnership with other air mail services.
  • Please allow for 1-3 business days for processing and to 10-20 days for shipping within the United States.
  • Fast Shipping - Products labeled as fast shipping in the shipping information section under the product description are delivered in 4-5 days via USPS.
  • In rare cases and due to circumstances beyond our control during the shipping process may cause shipping times to slightly exceed 3 weeks. 
  • Risk Free Guarantee! In the unlikely case that your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of shipment and tracking information has not updated in 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund or to have your items resent free of charge.

Product Not Received

If your order has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

For orders shipping to the US, if your purchase is not received within 6 weeks of being shipped, you are eligible for a refund or item replacement. For orders shipping to countries other than the US, if your purchase is not received within 10 weeks of being shipped, you are eligible for a refund or item replacement.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund or item replacement, we require proof that the items have been lost in transit and did not arrive as indicated by the tracking information. We may also request additional information from you to help verify the claim. 

If tracking information shows your items as delivered, you are not eligible for a refund or replacement due to the products not being received unless shipping protection provided by ShipAid, has been added during checkout.

ShipAid Package Protection Terms and Conditions

TrendyUndies.com partners with ShipAid, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting ShipAid at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with ShipAid and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We highly recommend you use ShipAid package protection at checkout.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 30 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you do not purchase ShipAid package protection, Trendy Undies is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered or damaged packages. We assume no responsibility for packages after they have been received by the shipping courier. Please reference your tracking number and contact your local post office / courier for the most up to date information regarding your package.

No refunds will be issued for delays in shipping by the carrier.

Trendy Undies reserves the right to change the shipping method at our own discretion. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by government, weather or other natural disasters.
